Hi, I’m Jasmine Navarro, founder of NAVA.
I help teens 13-17 who feel lonely, lack confidence, and struggle to make friends believe in themselves, do well in school, and build real connections with confidence.
Why I Do What I Do

Looking back, my toughest years were in my late teens and early twenties. I was faced with life-changing decisions, like choosing a career, while also dealing with traumatic grief. I felt overwhelmed, incredibly lonely, and unsure of how to move forward.

In an attempt to escape, I believed that changing countries would help me feel better and bring the shift I needed. So, I moved abroad and ended up teaching in 11 countries over 20 years, always thinking that happiness was just waiting for me in the next place But over time, I realized I was still carrying unresolved emotional turmoil.

It took me 20 years to realize that true change only began when I turned inward and focused on my own healing. I discovered the resources I needed to regulate my emotions when I became a coach and even more so when I became an RTT therapist.

While I don’t regret the journey—because I believe everything happens at the right time—I do wish I had found those tools sooner.

Now that I have them, my mission is to help others avoid the struggles I faced. I work with young people to help them feel confident and fulfilled today, not years from now. I also work with adults, supporting them in navigating life’s challenges and unlocking their full potential.

Along the way, I also learned the importance of strong family bonds. Emotional awareness leads to emotional wellbeing, which builds core confidence. And when we have that, we can begin living the life we truly deserve.

My coaching program offers tools and techniques to:

-
Raise your self-awareness and help you understand what truly matters to you.
-
Build your self-confidence, so you have the courage to follow your dreams.
-
Strengthen your resilience, so you keep going even when life gets tough.
-
Acknowledge your emotions and process them in a healthy way
-
Create a healthy relationship with yourself

My journey wasn’t easy, but I’m grateful I found the connection I was looking for. I’ve learned so much—through investing in myself —and now I want to share those lessons with you.
